I will literally drink anything to avoid it – luckily, this doesn’t taste like poison and it has ingredients that are beneficial to your body.
So let’s make some wellness shots together!

We store our wellness shots in these containers. But you can also store it in one large class jar and pour yourself a wellness shot daily!
Wellness Shots
Equipment
- High Powered Blender
Ingredients
- 2 – 3 Oranges (Peeled or Juiced)
- 2 – 3 Lemons (Peeled or Juiced)
- 2 – 3 Knobs of Ginger (Washed)
- 2 – 3 Pieces of Raw Turmeric (Washed)
- 2 Cloves of Garlic (Peeled)
- 1 TBS Honey
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
- In your blender, add your raw ginger + 2 cups of water and blend
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer (keeping the liquid). Discard the pulp or use for something else.
- Add your peeled Oranges and Lemons (Juice them if you do not want pulp in your wellness shot), Garlic, Honey + Black Pepper and Cayenne Pepper to your blender.
- Add in your strained Ginger / Turmeric Juice to the blender as well.
- Blend on high until fully incorporated.
- Store in little glass jars (liked above) in your refrigerator or store in a large glass mason jar and pour a shot daily!
