The perfect summer dessert
We have LOVED our Ninja CREAMi and have taken a lot of their “base” recipes and added a spin.
We utilized their Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe and added some lemon to it; which is simply the most perfect summer ice cream you can possibly imagine.

Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 TBSP Cream Cheese
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Whole Milk
- 1/2 lemon (juice + zest)
Instructions
- Place your cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, heavy cream, whole milk in a blender and mix
- Add your 1/2 lemon (juice + zest) and mix again
- Pour into a Ninja CREAMi container and place in your freezer for 24 hours
- Mix in your Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream maker on the Ice Cream Setting and Enjoy!
Notes
Makes 1 pint of ice cream; if you have another at home ice cream maker, you can always adjust the ingredients to best fit your method!
