Cut each date in half (not all the way through) and remove seed
Place about 1 tsp of Peanut Butter in each date (not overflowing, but filled in the center)
Place half a walnut or sprinkle a few slivered almonds on top of the peanut butter in each Date
At your stovetop, melt roughly 1 Tbs of coconut oil in a pot
Add your chocolate to the melted coconut oil and stir until completely melted
Spoon your chocolate over each date
Place your cookie sheet of dates in the freezer (I store mine in the freezer full time, only takes a couple minutes on the counter to become soft enough to eat)
