At Hillside Highland, our beef is more than a product — it’s the result of careful stewardship, dedication, and pride in how we raise our cattle.
We are proud to offer USDA-processed, grass-finished beef, finished on nutrient-rich alfalfa cut directly from our own fields here in Eastern Washington.

Our current offering includes Highland x Galloway beef, known for its leanness, rich flavor and tenderness, with future sales expanding to Hereford x Angus.
All of our cattle are naturally raised, antibiotic-free and never grain-fed, resulting in beef that is clean, wholesome, and packed with the quality you can trust to feed your family.

We currently sell our beef locally and are happy to arrange a convenient meet-up in Spokane, WA and surrounding areas.
