We have LOVED our Ninja CREAMi and have taken a lot of their “base” recipes and added a spin.

We utilized their Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe and added some lemon to it; which is simply the most perfect summer ice cream you can possibly imagine.

Lemon Vanilla Ice Cream

1 Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker

Ingredients

1 TBSP Cream Cheese
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Whole Milk
1/2 lemon (juice + zest)

Instructions

Place your cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, heavy cream, whole milk in a blender and mix
Add your 1/2 lemon (juice + zest) and mix again
Pour into a Ninja CREAMi container and place in your freezer for 24 hours
Mix in your Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream maker on the Ice Cream Setting and Enjoy!
